Meet at The River House at 10:30am, lineup for the parade at 10:45am, then Jimmy the Juggler will lead the way to the library at 11am where we will have story time with Miss Holly and take photos for the Costume Contest! Return to The River House for a special Halloween craft!
Costumes competition details: Participants get their picture taken at The River House. We will host online voting from 10/25-10/31. Winners announced on social media on 10/31. Top 3 will win a prize, which can be picked up at TRH during CB’s trick-or-treating or after during our regular open hours.
