Interested in pursuing your interest in photography? Come to a brainstorming meeting about what Camera Club at The River House might look like, how it might function, what it could offer, etc. We want to hear from you about what you’d like to see in a photography program - classes?, workshops?, informal chats?, anything!  Bring your ideas and your passion for photography and let’s get to know one another.

Rick McCleary, one of the volunteers at The River House, will be here to help guide the brainstorming and collect the ideas you bring. 

In Rick’s own words, "I’ve been a hopeless photography romantic my entire life. I’ve spent the last 30 years doing commercial and advertising photography in the Washington DC market. For me, it’s time to step back from clients and return to what sparked my interest so many years ago - the power of photography to be such a compelling visual language - as rich and nuanced as written language."
