We are thrilled to have local herbalist Leenie Hobbie returning to The River House to teach another workshop!

This 4-month course approaches learning about common wild plant identification and uses through a variety of art skills to enhance your attention to details and appreciation of the natural world. 

Each class will include drawing instruction, plant identification and botany terminology and skills, herbal characteristics and uses, and instruction in beginning your own herbarium. 

Classes are the third Tuesday of each month from 5-9 PM @ The River House in Capon Bridge, WV. Class dates are April 17, May 15, June 19, and July 17. 

$80 ($20 per class) +
$40 materials fee

A closed Facebook group offers weekly assignments, project sharing, and support between monthly classes. 

Pre-registration is required and all materials will be provided.
