Meet us at The River House to parade to The Capon Bridge Library for some Halloween fun!

Snacks and books will be given to the kids at the library and everyone will get a chance to sit in on some story time. We will then parade back to The River House for a variety of fun Halloween activities/crafts and a costume contest. There will be prizes awarded for scariest costume, funniest costume, most original costume, and best overall costume!
