Join Peasant’s Parcel at The River House for a Gallery Art Talk on “A Year of Mushroom Foraging Around Hampshire County.”

All photos and materials in this exhibit were created during the year-long WV Folklife Apprenticeship of Sharon Briggs and Anthony Murray. Sharon is a Capon Bridge native and co-owner of local mushroom farm Peasant’s Parcel. As an apprentice, Anthony spent many hours hiking and foraging wild fungi with Sharon locally during their year. This informative and fun exhibit consists of photos and art made with local fungi!
