The second program of our 2nd Annual Folk Life Series will be on plant identification.

Osir and Nettle of Fawn's Head Grove will be kicking off this Ecology walk at The River House. We will be learning what is edible in our own backyard! After a cafe refreshment break, the second part of this lecture will take place over at Edward's Run. Learn the rich ecology of Capon Bridge and learn to identify plants that can be eaten and used for medicinal purposes.
