Join us as we celebrate Halloween with our annual costume parade to the Capon Bridge Public Library!

Gather at The River House at 10:45am. At 11am, we will parade over to the library, for a Halloween themed storytime, followed by arts & crafts and costume contest photos.

All ages welcome. This is a FREE activity.
