Workshop: Ice Dyeing

Join us for an exciting, creative workshop on ice dyeing with guest artist, Sue Kadel-Fehr!

Fiber Artist Sue Kadel-Fehr will lead students in a 3 1/2-hour workshop on ice-dying fabrics! Powdered dyes, soda ash, and rubber bands will be provided. Students will create pieces during the workshop that they will then take home and complete the wash process. Sue will show step-by-step the take-home process and provide instructions for aftercare.

Sue is a longtime quilter that has discovered her passion for ice-dying fabrics. Explore the process and learn the techniques of the pros. Students are asked to purchase their own supplies for this workshop. It is essential that students buy all items on the list including the N95 mask. Masks will need to be worn while students work with powdered dyes.

Students must purchase their own materials (SEE LIST BELOW)
