Soprano, Betsy Podsiadlo and pianist, Jimmy Townsend perform songs off their latest album, “Cross the River Bravely” which features Berg’s 7 Early songs and their own compositions to Buddhist texts from the Dhammapada. These two highly trained classical musicians have spent nearly a year exploring and engaging with this exciting music and are thrilled to be sharing it with you in this way. Poetry, Nature, and early Modern music certain to encourage you to “Cross the River Bravely” with us.
